Terms
All floor plan, photography and videography products listed on this page come with one non-transferable license which allows you use the floor plan, photography, videography and any other visual material for the purposes of marketing a residential property for rent or sale.
The term of each license, whereby the property is, or will be listed for sale with a professional real estate agent, will be for the term of the corresponding listing agreement. If the listing agreement expires or is cancelled, so shall the usage license. In the event that a new listing agreement is entered by the same real estate agent and same property owner, the usage license term shall also be automatically renewed.
The term of the license, whereby the property is, for sale by owner, or will be listed for rent by the owner or their agent, will be for 99 years, or until the ownership of the property changes.
Otherwise, all photography and videography remains the intellectual property of Proper Measure Mid Island and its associated trade name partners.
Licenses are not transferable in any form.
